Licensed tax advisor, graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Marcin has over 15 years of experience in tax advisory for enterprises and individuals. Within PwC, for many years he was a leader of tax projects in the energy, gas, pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. For large international groups, he also conducted capital and functional transformations covering the entire Central and Eastern Europe, which included implementation of new IT solutions. He also deals with issues related to real estate, tax reliefs and obtaining subsidies.

He has extensive experience in restructuring, transfer pricing, ongoing tax reporting (CIT, WHT, Stamp Duty), ongoing tax consultancy, due diligence projects and tax strategy.

He is fluent in English and has functional knowledge of German.
